Requirements

• Active California Real Estate License (Required)
• Previous experience in acquiring/purchasing off-market investment properties
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs, comparables, and virtual tools What You 'll Do
• Evaluate properties with an investor's mindset to identify profitable off-market opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and purchase terms with both sellers and buyers to secure win-win deals.
• Leverage company-provided funds to acquire off-market properties with cas.
• Structure and manage real estate transactions from initial contact through closing, ensuring compliance and smooth handoffs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with sellers, agents, wholesalers, investors, and industry professionals to grow your personal deal pipeline.
• Remain resilient and solution-oriented when facing objections, challenges, or unexpected deal hurdles.
• Apply deep knowledge of real estate investment and wholesaling to source, evaluate, and execute high-value opportunities.
