Overview

: We are looking for Independent Sales Managers to build and lead their own team of energy reps. This is a commission-based, self-contracted position ideal for experienced recruiters, team builders, and motivated individuals who want to take ownership of their income and grow within the energy space.

Responsibilities

:

• Recruit, train, and manage your own team of door-to-door or remote energy reps.
• Guide reps in closing residential energy deals through door-to-door, phone, or online sales.
• Support reps with onboarding, sales techniques, and compliance.
• Promote Elevewatt's energy services using grassroots marketing, social media, referrals, and personal networks.
• Monitor team performance and assist in maximizing overall sales volume.

Qualifications

:

• Prior experience in direct sales, energy sales, or recruiting is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently.
• Comfortable marketing both in-person and online.
• Basic understanding of residential energy sales (training provided). Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $600.00 - $1,500.00 per week Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
