Duties

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, promoting products and services.
• Manage inventory levels effectively to ensure product availability.
• Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and track performance metrics.
• Assist in maintaining the auto shop, ensuring it is well-organized and stocked.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing market share.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or outbound sales is preferred.
• Previous experience working with cars.
• Bilingual candidates are highly desirable, as this enhances customer communication.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
• Proficiency in retail math and basic mathematical calculations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to establish rapport with customers quickly and effectively.
• Experience in a dealership setting is a plus but not required.
