What You'll Do

:

• Utilize door-to-door sales strategies to generate fast sales.
• Develop business through relationships with insurance agents, realtors, and property managers.
• Canvass areas damaged by hail and wind, building relationships within the community.
• Learn from the best with our intensive training program and shadow experienced "Mammoths" to master our systems.

• All commission + onboarding compensation based on activities/production.
• Once ramped up, enjoy gas reimbursement and a company truck after achieving a $500k sales target.
• Company trip for top performers.
• Health and dental benefits offered after 60 days, with Mammoth covering the majority of costs.

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in canvassing and capable of roof inspection when required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
