At TruView Insurance Group, we are looking for an Account Manager to fill a key, influential role in helping expand our growing office. While helping customers with insurance needs, our next Account Manager will be directly responsible for day to day management of commercial and personal lines accounts, identifying cross selling opportunities, assisting in new business production as needed, and providing timely, professional advice to our customers. Additionally, this role will be responsible for collaboration with management on implementation of new products, procedures, and technologies in order to impact our customers and team members in a positive way. With one-on-one Account Management of your clients, you will have the flexibility to foster your own effective communication with all of your clients needs. Responsibilities

• Develop positive relationships with clients through all types of communication including: face to face, phone, email, text, video conference, etc.
• Manage commercial and personal lines book of business including initiating and executing policy changes, issuing COIs, auto ID cards, identifying cross-selling opportunities, initiating annual policy renewals, etc.
• Assist in new business production including providing support to producers and communicating with clients and carriers
• Collaborate with management in the implementation of new products, procedures, services, and technologies
• Foster positive relationships with carriers and vendors
• Willingness to develop your insurance expertise and leadership skills

Requirements

• Arizona Property & Casualty License required
• 2 years of Insurance experience (preferably with both commercial and personal lines)
• Experience using Windows OS and Microsoft Office products
• Experience using an insurance Agency Management System (preferably Applied EPIC or TAM)
• Willingness to embrace and use new technologies
