Responsibilities

• Coordinate Sales Efforts
• Work with sales, warehouse & production staff to streamline order entry, parts pulling and production process.
• Provide customer support via phone and email
• Assist with technical support phone calls
• Work with walk-in customers to take care of their needs and fulfill orders
• Represent CAS and/or IG brands at trade shows
• Assist with in house training and other events
• Create customer quotes, sales orders, new customer sites in company software
• Monitor open order report to update customers on changes in order status
• Work with marketing to edit existing or create new materials to meet market and customer demands
• Assist with order process through completion (production, shipping, tracking, etc.)
• Assist with booking shipments (parcel & LTL) when needed
