As an Appointment Setter, your job is to connect with homeowners, educate them about the benefits of solar, and schedule appointments for our solar consultants. You'll be compensated per qualified lead, with earnings ranging from $50 up to $4,000 based on lead quality and project size.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential customers via phone, door-to-door, or digital outreach
• Qualify leads based on homeowner interest and property compatibility

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
