The Role We're seeking a motivated and energetic Bilingual Sales Representative (English/Spanish) to help us expand our presence across the state of Virginia. This is a field-based role, with approximately 75% of your time dedicated to door-to-door outreach, business visits, and client development. You will represent QCM World in multiple regions throughout the state, identifying prospects, scheduling appointments, and cultivating strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door and in-person outreach across Virginia to engage prospective clients.
• Book a minimum of 4 client appointments daily.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with local businesses and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to deliver customized staffing solutions.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and service agreements.
• Monitor industry trends and market conditions across different Virginia regions.
• Travel frequently throughout the state to meet with clients and attend networking events. What We 're Looking For
• Proven sales experience, preferably in staffing, employment services, or B2B environments.
• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) -- strong verbal and written communication in both languages is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• High-energy, proactive, and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout the entire state of Virginia.
