• Comfortable with computers, proficient in Excel Typical Tasks:
• Educate new customers on financing programs and payment options
• Work with sales reps to qualify callers for financing, or collect a one-time payment
• Collect required documents and e-signatures
• Work with technicians to add equipment to existing financing agreements
• Contact customers for missing paperwork
• Manage incoming sales texts and emails
• Enter and assign inbound leads
• Prepare management reports
