Responsibilities

:

• Engage proactively with customers to provide personalized service and foster positive shopping experiences
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities and achieve sales targets
• Maintain a meticulously organized and visually appealing sales floor that showcases our latest products
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently through our advanced POS systems Skills and

Qualifications

:

• Strong organizational abilities to streamline inventory management and sales processes
• Previous experience in wireless, electronics, or technology sales is highly advantageous
• Fluency in Spanish is a valuable asset for engaging with a diverse clientele
• Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building rapport and addressing inquiries courteously and professionally
• Proficiency in phone etiquette to handle customer queries promptly and effectively
• Basic mathematical proficiency to facilitate smooth transaction processing

Requirements

:

• Proven track record in retail sales or a related customer-facing role, preferably within the technology sector
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales and customer service is a plus
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by our business needs Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
