5 Star Automotive is growing and seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team.

• The ability to speak both English & Spanish is required. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
• Prior outbound call center experience is required
• A dynamic and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice.
• Friendly and customer-focused attitude with a desire to provide outstanding service.
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet call quotas and targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections or rejections positively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing sales techniques and product knowledge. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
• Achieve set targets and make a high volume of outbound calls, ranging from 50 to 100 per day.
• Engage potential customers in a friendly and professional manner, effectively communicating our products' features, benefits, and value.
• Utilize provided scripts and guidelines to deliver consistent and persuasive sales pitches.
• Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening skills.
• Meet and exceed individual and team targets, such as call quotas and conversion rates.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain ongoing communication with potential leads.
• Provide exceptional customer service, address customer concerns, and resolve complaints or issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with our supportive team members and share best practices to optimize sales strategies and improve team performance. We believe in teamwork and are here to support each other.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to enhance selling capabilities. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
