Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads to drive business growth. Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets.
• Utilize various lead generation techniques, including telemarketing and inside sales strategies.
• Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in our products/services.
• Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their potential fit with our offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for converting leads into customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lead generation process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in technology sales or a related field.
• Strong inside sales skills with a track record of achieving targets.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software to manage leads and track progress.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with potential clients.
• Previous experience in telemarketing is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on meeting client needs.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
