We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Sales Assistant to support our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the health care organization, providing administrative support, and enhancing productivity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize documents and reports
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Sales and Intake
• Coordinate communication across departments to ensure alignment on projects and initiatives.
• Connect with referral sources to gather outstanding documentation
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing executive correspondence.
• Support project management efforts by tracking deadlines and deliverables. Experience
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
