Full description of the position

We're currently looking for a full-time Field Sales Rep to secure and manage accounts in our core Bay Area market. This rep will help build our presence, brand awareness, and product representation at on-premise and off-premise retail accounts, festivals, and events throughout the year. This rep will be working in-tandem with Inside Sales to grow our wholesale presence throughout the Bay Area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include but are not limited to:

• Cultivate existing accounts by expanding relationships and maximizing business opportunities.
• Open new accounts throughout assigned territory. Primary core territories are Alameda, Oakland, San Francisco, and the 880 and 680 corridors
• Coordinate and execute tap-takeovers and in-store demonstrations for various accounts. Required Skills and Abilities include but are not limited to:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and leadership skills.
• Comfortable with cold call visits, objection handling, and other challenges that salespeople experience.
• Good CRM Experience.
• Highly organized.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have your own vehicle, a valid CA driver's license with a clean driving record, and current insurance coverage.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 170lbs.
• Must be willing and able to maintain flexible work schedules, including working on weekends or extended workdays, if necessary. 3+ years experience in craft beer sales or general sales in the alcoholic beverage industry is preferred but not required. This is a full-time, exempt position with a competitive salary and commission structure. Wage commensurate with experience. Base Pay: $40,000 per year Commission: 6% on sales uncapped 8% accelerator upon surpassing reach targets
