Job Title: Showing Assistant (Part-Time) Location: Southern New Hampshire License Required: Active New Hampshire Real Estate License

Overview

: We're seeking a reliable, motivated, and licensed Showing Assistant to support a high-performing real estate team specializing in residential, luxury, and new construction homes throughout Southern NH. This is a part-time position with potential to evolve into a full-time role for the right candidate. This opportunity is ideal for a licensed agent looking to gain hands-on experience, expand their local market knowledge, and grow within a collaborative, high-energy team environment.

Responsibilities

: As a Showing Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conducting property showings for buyers
• Hosting open houses and private tours
• Attending inspections, final walk-throughs, and appraisals
• Assisting with lockbox coordination, signage, and marketing materials
• Running errands related to listings and closings
• Gathering and providing timely feedback from buyers after showings to support client communication and strategy
• Supporting daily client communication and care

• Hold an active New Hampshire real estate license (required)
• Have 2+ years of real estate experience (required)
• Love working with people and creating great client experiences
• Are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Are tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs, showing tools, and e-sign platforms
• Own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license
• Thrive in a team environment and have a "no task is too small" mindset Scheduling & Flexibility: Showings typically occur during afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Open houses are primarily on weekends. We're seeking someone who is flexible; availability during these hours is a requirement of the position.

Compensation

Structure: We offer a competitive, experience-based pay structure:

• Per Showing Rate
• Flat Rate for open house coverage
• Hourly Rate for office-based, errand-related work, and appraisal and inspection appointments
