Job Summary

:_ At Huisong, we are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced sales support specialist to join our global team! As a sales support specialist, your main responsibility will be supporting our sales/purchasing operations and general coordination activities.

• Coordinate sales and operational activities across internal departments.
• Support account managers in providing excellent customer service.
• Input business data into company databases.
• Support office administration activities.
• Collecting, analyzing, and presenting sales and operational data.

Qualifications

• Effective and polite in both written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Has great interpersonal skills and works well within a team.
• Able to analyze and solve problems independently.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience with Salesforce and WMS.

Education and Experience

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales or office administration experience.
