Job Description

We are currently seeking to add a new Aftermarket and Accessory Director. This role involves collaborating with a team to develop high-value solutions for customers. Shaping the team to educate and inform customers who've already purchased a vehicle to the many different aftermarket products available, so they can personalize their new vehicle. The ideal candidate will be very enthusiastic, enjoy working and talking with co-workers and customers, and have solid sales skills. Supervisory

Responsibilities

:

• Manages and oversees Aftermarket functions.
• Building/growing that department's revenue
• Working and educating sales staff on products and services
• Building and maintaining relationships with current and new vendors
• Work with department managers with scheduling work, stocking of accessories and maintaining a high level of customer service

Duties

/responsibilities

• Present and sell a wide range of aftermarket products, including accessories, parts, and services (e.g., paint protection, wheels, rust proofing).
• Meet or exceed sales targets for aftermarket products and service.
• Provide diligent follow up with customers regarding the scheduling and installation of aftermarket parts and accessories.
• Process sales transactions, handle payments, and generate invoices.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of sales and inventory.
• May include other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Understanding customer needs and concerns is crucial for tailoring product recommendations.
• Ability to influence customers to make a purchase.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Familiarity with the range of products offered, including features, benefits, and applications.
• Identifying and attracting potential customers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential. Physical requirements
