Job Description

The Sales Representative will be responsible for creating new client relationships across major market segments through telephone sales, with a particular focus on developing relationships in the Multifamily sector. This role involves driving new revenue opportunities, negotiating agreements, and maintaining accurate records of sales and client interactions. Salary: $31500.00 - $190000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Identify and engage key decision-makers in the Multifamily sector, securing meetings to discuss insurance solutions. Develop new client relationships through proactive outreach and networking. Drive revenue growth by presenting and selling insurance products effectively. Negotiate agreements and maintain detailed records of sales activities. Build and maintain long-term business relationships to generate ongoing referrals.

Requirements

Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and passion for sales. Superior networking skills and ability to connect with key decision-makers. Proven ability to schedule meetings and develop long-term client relationships. Excellent communication skills articulate, persuasive, and confident. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and use CRM systems, sales software, and other digital tools. Property and Casualty Insurance License is preferred but not required. For the right candidate, we provide study materials to help prepare you for your license exam, prior to hire. Prior experience in sales, risk management, or insurance is a plus but not required. Enthusiastic, coachable, and results driven.
