AFFILIATE TERRITORY MANAGER Commercial Fire is looking for a talented Affiliate Territory Manager to join the team. We are a nationwide provider of fire protection and life safety services, that partners with technicians across the United States to provide our customers with reliable and outstanding customer service. We are in need of a motivated individual to maintain and develop our affiliate base, while working with other departments to resolve billing and escalated issues. Objective: Maintain the affiliate base in the designated region and to add new qualified affiliates. Find affiliates for orders that cannot be dispatched when others have exhausted their current resources. Manage affiliates and assign their region for service. Assist the Affiliate Service Coordinators with difficult situations that they may encounter with an affiliate. Assist the Billing Dept. with incorrect affiliate invoices in the region. Support the Customer Service & Repair Departments with escalated affiliate issues.

Qualifications

: Effective communication skills Ability to negotiate contracts Ability to work well within a team Strong written communication Works well under pressure with deadlines Well organized Experience: 6 months + experience with CFI in the role of Affiliate Service Coordinator or any equivalent position with CFI. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40 per week
