What You'll Do

• Engage Customers - Greet guests with enthusiasm, assist with selections, and provide top-tier service.
• Create Stunning Displays - Keep floral arrangements fresh and visually appealing.
• Stay Organized - Maintain a clean workspace, process deliveries, and manage inventory.
• Collaborate - Work as a team to uphold company standards and assist with training when needed.
• Adapt & Thrive - Be flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays.

What You Bring

:

• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
