We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Sales Associate to join our team. As a Customer Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and providing solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet customers warmly and provide an exceptional in-store experience.
• Assist customers in locating products, answering inquiries, and offering solutions based on their needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Handle exchanges, and customer complaints professionally.

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Prior retail or sales experience (preferred, but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and dedication to providing excellent service.
• Basic math and computer skills for processing transactions.
• Reliable transportation to commute to work (required)
