We specialize in acquiring off-market residential properties throughout the Columbus area and nationwide. Our mission is to provide homeowners with fast, fair solutions--and to deliver strong investment opportunities to our buyer network. We are expanding and seeking driven, local team members who want to master real estate acquisitions and earn based entirely on performance. Position

Overview

This is an in-person , commission-only sales role based in our Dublin, OH office. As an Acquisitions Associate, your primary focus will be speaking with homeowners, evaluating leads, negotiating offers, and locking up real estate deals. If you're hungry, coachable, and want to build a lucrative sales career in real estate--this is the place.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and texts daily to homeowner leads (leads provided)
• Build rapport, uncover motivation, and present purchase offers
• Evaluate property condition and run basic comparable sales
• Negotiate and secure signed purchase agreements
• Maintain detailed lead follow-up in our CRM system
• Collaborate with our team to close deals quickly and efficiently

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Competitive, self-driven, and goal-oriented
• Must be able to work full-time, in-person from our Dublin office
• Door-to-door sales or phone-based sales experience strongly preferred
• Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven system
• Must have access to a smartphone, laptop, and reliable transportation

Compensation

• 100% Commission Only
• Average commission per deal: $1,500 -$5,000+
• Realistic first-year earnings: $60,000 -$100,000+ (based on performance)
