• Auto Insurance Brokerage experience (non-negotiable)
• Experience with broker fees -- know how to navigate and explain them
• Active Personal Lines or P &C License -- ready to go, day one What You 'll Be Doing:
• Recruiting and training a high-performing sales team
• Providing daily leads to help agents crush their goals
• Helping agents close deals and sharpen their sales game
• Handling client complaints like a pro
• Conducting interviews (phone & in-person) to grow the team
• Working weekends as needed (because winners do what it takes)
