Position Summary

: This position is all about relationships and connections. Developing and maintaining relationships with people, both internal and external customers. Making a connection with a person during a very difficult time in their life and helping make that time a little easier. The Marketing Liaison has an outgoing personality and superior customer service skills that stand out among their peers. Posted Salary Range: USD $75,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.

Responsibilities

:

• Conduct clinical field evaluations of patient referrals
• While under supervision, assess the needs of assigned referrals
• Develop solutions based on needs assessments, that meet identified needs, which result in inpatient and/or outpatient referrals.
• Educate patients/ residents and their families on facility/ hospital services and admission standards.

Qualifications

Requirements

:

• Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, director and motivator; Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively
• Prefer a licensed RN or LPN/LVN in good standing with the state (as required)
• Previous experience with long-term care marketing preferred
• Reliable transportation required
