We 're Hiring: Closing Coordinator - Sales Rockstar Wanted! We're on the lookout for a Closing Coordinator who's part sales-savvy, part detail-obsessed, and 100% people-person. You'll play a key role in guiding patients through the final steps of their journey--from quote to surgery day--with warmth, professionalism, and that extra touch of magic . What You 'll Be Doing:

• Meet and connect with patients like the friendly pro you are
• Create clear, accurate invoices and quotes that make decisions easy
• Collect deposits and final payments on time (you're all about that follow-through!)
• Schedule all the important pre- and post-op appointments
• Organize patient paperwork and ensure consents are squared away
• Upload and manage before/after photos--because the glow-up is real
• Stay on top of labs, pre-op clearance, and all surgical prep like a champ
• Assist with implant selection and pre-op sizing sessions
• Order and track implants while managing stock like a logistics boss
• Answer phones, share info, and help callers feel taken care of
• Promote spa services, gift cards, and memberships--because we've got it all!
• Accurately process sales and ensure the checkout experience is seamless You 'll Thrive In This Role If You Have:
• Sales or coordination experience (bonus if it's in the medical or aesthetics world!)
• A way with people--both in person and over the phone
• Great attention to detail and killer organizational skills
• Comfort with multitasking in a busy, fun, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and office software
