Join our dynamic team at Montclair Express as a Sales-Focused Car Wash Attendant! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can provide excellent customer service while driving sales for our express car wash. Primary

Responsibilities

:

• Customer Interaction:
• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the best car wash package.
• Explain the benefits of different services and upsell additional features like waxing, interior cleaning, or premium washes.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Sales and Promotions:
• Actively promote membership programs, discounts, and special offers to increase sales.
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and pricing to effectively communicate with customers.

Duties

:

• Operate car wash equipment and ensure it is functioning correctly.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and staff.
