We are dedicated to helping our clients protect what matters most and are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team. This CSR position is In-Office , not remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with billing inquiries, policy coverages, renewals, and claims processing.
• Provide outstanding customer service through various communication channels.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with Allstate insurance products and systems.
• Valid Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficient in Allstate's internal systems, including Gateway, eAgent, and AP.
• Strong knowledge of Allstate policy coverages, including auto, home, renters, and other personal lines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to provide efficient and empathetic customer service, ensuring clients feel heard and valued.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
