Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information about the facility and services offered.
• Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently using the POS system.
• Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing assistance with reservations or other guest needs.
• Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them effectively.
• Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
• Assist in supervising front desk operations, including training new staff as needed.
• Process payments accurately and maintain records of transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with guests over the phone.
• Sales skills to promote services and upsell when appropriate.
• Proficient in using POS systems for transaction processing.
• Supervisory experience is a plus for managing front desk staff.
• Retail sales experience is beneficial for understanding customer needs.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with stock management to ensure adequate supplies at the front desk.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
