Overview

: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. Responsibilities

: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through business development strategies - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track leads, manage accounts, and monitor sales activities - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products - Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Qualifications

: - Previous experience in outside sales or account management preferred - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends - Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus - Technical sales experience is desirable - Fluency in Spanish is a plus We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission.
