Job Summary

: We are seeking a licensed Property and Casualty Personal Lines Customer Service Representative who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced hybrid environment. The ideal candidate will possess meticulous attention to detail, outstanding communication abilities, and robust problem-solving skills. This role is pivotal in managing high call volumes and delivering superior client service.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Address and resolve billing issues efficiently.
• Implement policy changes accurately and promptly.
• Manage claims reporting and processing.

Requirements

:

• Must hold a valid property/casualty insurance license.
• Preferably 2+ years of experience in insurance customer service.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. We Offer:
• Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
• $2,500 hiring bonus paid after 6-months of employment.
