Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly, build rapport, and provide information to enhance their understanding of our services.
• Learn and demonstrate knowledge of roofing products and services to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients.
• Engage in outbound and warm calling efforts to follow up with leads and generate sales opportunities.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding roofing services, pricing, and promotions while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and drive overall company performance.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Strong interest in sales and customer service, with a desire to learn about the roofing industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Comfortable with telemarketing and outbound calling or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends as needed.
