We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial insurance and a passion for providing top- notch service to clients. This role involves supporting producers, servicing accounts, and ensuring clients receive prompt and accurate information about their policies.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Assist clients with policy inquiries, coverage explanations, endorsements, billing, and claims.
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and certificates of insurance.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation to clients and carriers.
• Assist with producing, account management, and customer service related tasks.
• Maintain client records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with underwriters and carriers to resolve client issues.

Qualifications

:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in commercial insurance customer service required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing: Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required. Life and health insurance license is preferred but not required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in agency management systems (e.g., Applied EZLynx, Xanatek) and Microsoft Office.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $43,500.00 - $59,100.00 per year Expected hours: No less than 15 per week License/Certification:
