• Base Salary: $52,000 + Commission
• Earning potential of $80K to $120K annually
• Full Time: 40 hrs./5-day work week
• _(Monday - Friday)_

Responsibilities

:

• Provide outstanding customer service to determine overall flooring & design needs
• Build strong client relationships & follow up with all new/existing customers
• Schedule appointments to have client design consultations within the showroom or their home & workplace
• Keep up to date on the selection of products & services provided
• Gather space/area measurements, calculate number of materials needed, create/present project proposals for client approval, schedule installation team & perform quality control throughout project
• Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications & availability
• Provide notes & photographs to ensure clear communication with subcontractors
• Utilize social media platforms to build network
• Manage time between showroom and prospecting for new business
• Maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays and common areas neat, current, and clean Desired Skills &

Qualifications

:

• Minimum of 2-4 years ' proven work experience in Retail Sales, Outside Sales, Furniture Sales, Interior Design, Construction Management, or similar role.
• Valid driver 's license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Outlook)
• Basic computer, social media & math skills
• Proper phone etiquette & positive attitude
• Ability to utilize various forms of communication to follow up with vendors & clients
• Exceptional critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
• Strong personal & professional judgment
• Ability to respond quickly to customers' needs & wants
• Strong organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
• Advanced time management skills & detailed oriented
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to read floor plan drawings & create project estimates a plus (Willing to train)
• Knowledge of flooring & design industry a plus (Willing to train)
