Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts, managing territory sales, and enhancing customer relationships. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and promote our products.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing territory sales by identifying potential clients and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct cold calling to generate leads and expand the customer base.
• Provide product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, ensuring clients understand how our solutions meet their needs.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for effective territory management.
• Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics.
• Support retail sales initiatives by engaging with customers on the sales floor and providing exceptional service.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of technology sales and product offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with territory management principles and practices.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex products and services.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
• Experience in conducting product demos and providing technical support is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using software tools for sales tracking and customer relationship management.
