We're looking for a passionate, driven, and personable Sales Manager to lead the charge in growing our member base and creating strong connections in and outside the gym. What You 'll Do Drive Membership Sales

• Handle inbound and outbound lead calls and follow-ups
• Convert trial guests into long-term members
• Track leads and optimize the sales process Engage the Community
• Represent Fort Fitness at events and within the local fitness scene
• Give tours, answer questions, and deliver top-tier first impressions Boost Member Retention
• Build relationships with members and ensure satisfaction
• Proactively manage cancellations, suspensions, and concerns
• Organize appreciation initiatives and member acknowledgments Support & Train the Team
• Coach team members on sales strategies and communication
• Lead by example, setting a high bar for performance Analyze & Improve
• Monitor sales metrics, retention, and conversion rates
