The Broker Assistant keeps our offices running smoothly, our brokers efficient, and our customers' questions answered.

Responsibilities

Include:

• Checking daily trading activity to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Communicating trade activity to customers.
• Inputting orders and reconciling trade activity.
• Proactive and reactive phone calls and communication to farmer customers.
• Assist in the preparation of sales and marketing materials About You : The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
• Experience with Microsoft 365 products (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Broader experience with Excel is a plus.
• Proven high attention to detail. Accounting or Office Management experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Associate or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Enjoys supporting others' work in a team-based environment. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
