Responsibilities

:

• Protect the interests of the Company and profitably grow the business.
• Maintain and update all Company policies to ensure compliance.
• Customer service and sales at drive up window.
• actively participate in weekly meetings with Team Leaders to address various operational aspects including sales, promotions, and staff-related matters.
• Ensure the work schedule aligns with projected sales and business needs.
• Maintain a safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained business environment.
• Conduct monthly unit inspections and address any maintenance concerns.
• Investigate and resolve Member/Guest-related complaints, prioritizing exceptional service delivery.
• Manage POS and computer-related systems tasks efficiently.
• Perform any additional tasks that benefit the company and enhance the Member/Guest experience.

Qualifications

:

• Previous sales experience required.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in POS and computer systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
