Overview

: As a Sales Support representative, you will work closely with our Sales Team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. You will play a vital role in supporting the sales process by assisting with order entry, managing customer inquiries, and providing administrative support. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

:

• Estimating- Read/interpret blueprints, calculate materials needed and cost estimates
• Customer service- develop a positive rapport with clients/customers
• Data Entry- convert estimates into active orders using computer systems
• Field measuring- perform measurements for orders
• Special order tracking
• Sales representation- represent contractor sales staff when senior sales member is out of the office
• Continuous improvement
• Safety and wellness

Requirements

:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2-year degree in construction technology preferred
• 1- 3 years sales and/or customer service required
