Retail Sales clerk: This position requires an experienced, organized and confident worker with a stable and verifiable work history. Must have excellent social skills and be very friendly and outgoing: commission is available after 90 days of employment please note: Our store is an adult boutique and bikini store which means you will deal with customers on a more personal level( ex: explaining lubricants and adult massagers and toys) so we ask that you are comfortable explaining to our customers the products that we do carry.

• Keep all cashwrap supplies in stock and organized
• Understand and follow all company-defined policies and procedures

• Ability to demonstrate strong customer focused service on and off the salesfloor
• Providing our customers with an optimal shopping experience is our #1 priority.
• Meet selling goals/expectations during scheduled shifts
• Support replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant
• Determine customer needs based on personal features and other customer preference related factors
• Demonstrate knowledge of store products and services to build sales and minimize returns
• Be knowledgeable of and perform sales support functions related to POS procedures

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a customer service related position.
• Strong Team Player.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Effective problem solving skills
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to function independently without supervision.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor even when faced with adversity. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.04 - $18.00 per hour
