You will be responsible for delivering financial services, promoting life insurance and annuities, and helping clients navigate various offerings to secure their financial future.

Compensation

Structure This role offers performance-based pay, where your earnings are directly tied to the results you achieve. The more you succeed, the more you earn. Base Salary: A competitive base salary to provide stability, plus performance incentives based on sales and client acquisitions. Commissions: Earn commissions based on sales or contracts you close, with the potential for high earnings as you meet and exceed sales targets. Bonuses: Additional performance bonuses based on hitting specific milestones or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets. Uncapped Earnings: There is no limit to how much you can earn. The more you sell, the more you earn -- allowing for significant earning potential based on performance. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $1.00 - $100,000.00 per year Supplemental Pay:
