Territory Sales Manager Position: Territory Sales Manager -Contractor Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Assigned Area Manager About the Company Mitra-9 Brands are the creators of premium botanical beverage products that are changing the way people consume Kava and Kratom. Overview

Key Responsibilities

: 1. Store visits within geography o Manage territory by servicing, selling in and/or self-distributing into assigned doors o Execute sales initiatives with the goal of growing product(s) sales volume, increasing points of distribution, and new doors selling. o In-store execution of product positioning, cooler/shelf space, pricing display, and merchandising. o Ensure Mitra-9 brands are well represented, sold in, stocked, and maintained in prime location. o Uncover new opportunities and maintain current ones. 2. Promotional Activities: Implement promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive Mitra-9 sales. 3. Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Product Knowledge: Develop deep understanding of product lines, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value to customers. 5. Order Management: Record and/or Manage retailer orders and follow-up to ensure distributor delivery/Self distribution in a timely manner. 6. Training and Support: Assist retailers with product training and support, ensuring they are equipped to sell and promote Mitra-9 products effectively.

Qualifications

:

• High School diploma or GED
• Experience working in the consumer-packaged goods space, Beverage and convenience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales & marketing teams
• Ability to establish relationships with key accounts
• Knowledge of kratom and kava is a plus.
• Must have reliable
• vehicle and clean driving record

Compensation

• This is a 1099 contractor role /Sales & Marketing intern opportunity
• Pay $25/hr
• Part time - 20 hours/week min
• Mileage Reimbursement @ $0.67/mile
• Reimbursable Business Expenses Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Internship Pay: $25.00 per hour
