Job Description

Farmers Insurance is looking for an individual that will be working full time as a processor of documents for policies on the new and existing business levels. The customer service & sales representative will have the opportunity to earn commission on the sales and retention that they ensure close due to their document verification and collection efforts. Opportunity to advance in the agency for qualified individuals. Salary: $36000.00 - $45000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Timely management of your task pipeline
• Work with customers on outstanding documents needed for their policies
• Reviewing of new business accounts to ensure all documents are present
• Follow up with sales reps on any outstanding information needed
• Interact with underwriting team on acceptance of documents

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required, Associates/Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (composition and grammar) are a MUST
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to work efficiently and be assertive in a collaborative environment
• Results-oriented, with strong critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to work well independently, multi-task, and handle time-sensitive material in a fast-paced environment
• Current Property and Casualty License for Texas required
