Full description of the position

Description: To develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, medical practices, and other potential referral sources to increase patient referrals to our physical therapy clinic.

Compensation

: $45-50k/yr base; $6-12k/yr add'l bonus structure. Health/Dental/Vision, PTO, and CEU incentives.

Duties and Responsibilities

:

• Identify and target potential referring sources (physicians, employers, gyms, etc.) in the local area
• Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with identified targets from #1
• Educate referral sources about Atlas' services and treatment approaches
• Participate in the development and implementation of strategies to increase referrals
• Maintain a database of contacts and track referral patterns
• Distribute marketing materials
• Organize and host events for referral sources, Atlas staff, and the community
• Attend networking events to build relationships
• Communicate with and integrate Atlas clinicians into referral-generating strategies

Working Conditions

:

• Field Work
• Spending the majority of time (up to 85%) traveling and working in the field
• Visiting local physicians' offices, healthcare facilities, employers, gyms, etc to promote our services

• Meeting with referring doctors to discuss patient care, referrals, and treatments
• Building and maintaining relationships with local healthcare providers, business owners, and the public
• Arranging meetings between referring physicians and specialty providers, employers, and other referral-generating sources

• Implementing outreach plans to market clinical services within a designated territory
• Conducting presentations and public relations campaigns
• Educating regional providers on targeted areas to increase referral volumes

• Developing a structured schedule to balance fieldwork and office tasks
