Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to support our dynamic sales team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, market research, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research: Assist in conducting market research to identify potential clients and analyze competitors.
• Lead Generation: Support the sales team in generating leads through research and outreach, utilizing CRM tools for tracking.
• Client Communication: Help prepare and send communications to potential clients, scheduling meetings and follow-up calls.
• Sales Support: Provide administrative support, including preparing presentations and organizing sales documents.
• Sales Analytics: Analyze sales data to prepare reports that track performance and identify trends.
• Customer Relationship Management: Aid in managing client relationships and responding to inquiries.
• Team Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns and contribute ideas in team meetings.
• Event Support: Assist in planning and executing sales events and trade shows.
• Administrative Tasks: Support various administrative functions, including data entry and maintaining organized records.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
