Compensation

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing client communications in both English & Spanish
• Coordinating showings, open houses, and inspections
• Preparing and organizing contracts, documents, and listings
• Following up with clients, vendors, and all transaction parties
• Calendarizing critical timelines, appointments, and deadlines
• Assisting with marketing, and lead generation
• Supporting the agent in day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth workflow
• Attending closings and being part of success stories! What We're Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years experience in real estate (assistant, coordinator, or similar)
• Bilingual in Spanish & English -- fluent in speaking, reading, and writing
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Tech-savvy and familiar with real estate CRM systems and tools
• A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency
