Full description of the position

AKS Group/NR Hospitality is a real estate development company with land holdings in DE, NJ. We are looking for an assistant who can perform following duties

  • Telephone social media duties
  • Ordering supplies
  • Preparing and distributing marketing materials, documentation, and reports
  • Coordinating and preparing successful open house events
  • Preparing, delivering, and picking up real estate documents
  • Creating, designing, and distributing real estate brochures
  • Handling advertising of the property online and through newspapers
  • Taking photos of property before and after repairs and to be used in the marketing process Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
