Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to drive sales in a retail environment. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while contributing to the overall success of the studio.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos.
• Assist with stock replenishment.
• Process transactions accurately using the cash register and POS systems.
• Implement upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales volume.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are displayed attractively.
• Assist with store operations, including stocking shelves and managing inventory.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with customer account issues and membership related task assigned. Skills
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead by example.
• Proven sales experience in a retail environment, and membership sales with a focus on achieving targets.
• Proficiency in retail math for effective inventory management and sales analysis.
• Experience with product demonstrations that engage customers effectively.
• Ability to sell products through persuasive communication and relationship-building techniques.
• Familiarity with fitness operations is preferred but not required.
• Competence in operating cash registers and POS systems efficiently.
