Full description of the position

A French wholesale bakery providing fresh breads and pastries to the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond is seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to expand their sales team. Under general supervision, the Sales Representative will play a key role in growing the business by building relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• The Sales Representative is responsible for achieving short-term and long-term sales goals as a key sales representative of the company
• You must have high flexibility and be able to coordinate sales activities and promotions with other managers, employees, customers, and business partners to meet their needs, concerns, and schedules
• Increase revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, and managing sales of the products
• Schedule appointments and reach out to clients
• Report field activities in a timely manner to support business plans and product plans
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Anticipate customer needs, determine appropriate solutions to business issues, and provide overall high-level customer service to grow the business
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customers information; includes pricing, inventory, market share, and other materials that can be used by competitors
• Typical schedule is Monday to Friday with some weekends as necessary

Qualifications

• Sales experience in the food industry preferred
• Must possess a valid US Driver's License
• Willingness to travel to customer locations
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Competitive spirit and results-driven mentality
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship for employment visa status Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $65,000.00 per year Schedule:
