Are you calm when plans have to change, can you make good judgment calls in a variety of situations and are you able to you juggle lots of priorities at once? In this job you will be responsible for organizing projects, delivering by specific deadlines, and gathering data on effectiveness. You will be supporting the retail team in order to ensure we are providing the best support and offer to our enthusiastic hobbyists. Knowledge of Google Sheets will be essential for this job. Your excellent telephone skills coupled with great written and verbal communication skills will ensure you're right for this role. We know what makes this job hard is responding to continuous change. Responsibilities

: You will be organizing initiative deliverables, objectives and timelines. Gathering data on retail initiative results. Assisting with the development, facilitation, and completion of new and existing retail initiatives. In addition you will be maintaining an inventory and directory of retail initiative support materials, making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed. Monitoring retail stores social media activity schedule and responding to posts on a new store's Facebook pages will also be apart of your day.
