• Lively atmosphere ALDO Group is looking for a Sales Lead/Keyholder to join our team! We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and has the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and potential customers
• Provide high-quality customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Proactively identify and resolve customer issues while keeping customer satisfaction as high as possible
• Keep up to date on new products and services offered by ALDO Group

• Perform closing and opening procedures
• Process sale transactions, returns and exchanges correctly and efficiently Experience:
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
• Previous experience working in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week
